Brief Duties of Our Directorate

1-To record official documents and petitions coming from outside the university in EBYS (Electronic Document Management System) and ensure their delivery to the units to which they are referred.

2-To ensure that official documents to be sent by the Rectorate units outside the university are sent to the relevant persons and institutions by mail (registered mail, ordinary mail, cargo, by hand, KEP, etc.) and to keep the relevant delivery records.

3-To receive the physical attachments of the internal correspondence made between the Rectorate and the university administrative units via EBYS (Electronic Document Management System) and ensure their delivery to the relevant units by deed.

4-To carry out the transactions to be made regarding postal and cargo shipping fees in coordination with the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department.

5-To ensure the regular operation of the KEP (Registered Electronic Mail) system and to carry out the correspondence and transactions to be made with the service provider institution.
